The Consumer Preview of Windows 8 was announced and made available for download yesterday at an availability event at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

The event wasn’t streamed live on the web but today the video of the event is online for viewing/downloading. I caught the event via “live blog” yesterday but I think the video will add a tonne to it so I thought I’d share a link over to the Windows Newsroom site;
