Mike, haven't had a chance to play around with the theme so would be good to see a screenshot to see what these would look like MouseDown or selected, but I have to say these look the cleanest SL controls to date - far more professional looking if one has to do a quick SL demo to a boss or to customers and in turn that has to help uptake (certainly better for me), so you are absolutely on track. I think this was the great appeal of ASP.NET controls when they first came out - simple, to the point, clean 'out of the box', yet customisable thro' CSS. That is why ASP.NET was so powerful visually, and a parallel for SL is absolutely spot on for adoption.

i am a newcomer in silverlight,i find your solution to change the skin is binding the style to the control' DataContext,but if my application have it own datasource to bind the control' data,how can a bind the style by dataContext again?very thanksful if you can help me about this.

I think that the Silverlight controls could be good, especially with the program instructions mentoring. My daily experience of Silverlight could have improved but I think that my PC spec is not very good for this and sometimes there seems to be a timing issue that occurs in loading the controls.
