I was looking to use the storeadm.exe command line tool to clear out my isolated storage for Silverlight but it didn't seem to list the storage that I was using. Not sure whether that's by design or just a bug but I found (from Process Explorer) that Silverlight seems to use folders in;

C:\Users\mtaulty\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Virtualized\C\Users\mtaulty\AppData\Local\IsolatedStorage

That's on Vista - might be different on XP because I notice the word "virtualized" in that directory path.
