I can never remember the name of this tool for allowing access to certificates from the IIS accounts so I'm blogging it here.

I ran it on Vista and it seemed to work ok for me despite the initial warnings that it might not work.

(WSE has another tool for doing a similar thing but I'm installing WSE less these days - no reflection on WSE).
